Lecturing

At Figjam we are often asked to lecture or do talks at schools, colleges and universities. We have had repeat business with universities in lecturing computer aided design (CAD), design for manufacture. Our thought process is that if we can give back to industry under graduated students, not only will they know how to use the tools to design but have a methodology and thought process about the bigger picture behind a product they may be intending to design. The impact is early on in the life-cyle of a product before it has even hit the market.

Some Student Feedback based on our services offered:

“Hey Mark, Really appreciated your lectures, and truly enjoyed the assignment. Thanks again, Will”

“Good morning Mark, Thank you for the feedback, I would like to thank you for teaching me how to use Solidworks over the past few months, I really think this will help me in my future engineer role at Bosch Rexroth!”

A thorough electrical investigation of renovating an attic space into a gym produced a competitive quote. The cabling and light fittings were installed meticulously and promptly. A very pleasant experience indeed. Can highly recommend.
